That Glow Though | End Of Winter Wishlist

Dude…bros…dudebros…winter is almost over.  I mean there are a few weeks left but there’s a light at the end of this cold ass tunnel.  One thing that I look for when I’m trying to get my spring makeup look on is the most glowy highlight, or the most glowy skin in general actually.  Nothing says healthy spring and summer to me like a gorgeous natural glow.  So instead of a regular degular schmegular wishlist today it is glow centered.

(All products are shoppable by clicking directly on the image below!)

most glowy highlighter

TARTE TARTEIST PRO GLOW LIQUID HIGHLIGHTER //  I have a thing for liquid highlighters.  They just look so moist and dewy and bouncy on the skin. I also already love the Tarte amazonian clay highlighter in the color Exposed so the fact that they made a liquid version makes my nip naps tingle with excitement.

YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE KALE & SPINACH HYALURONIC ACID CREAM // My skin loves the shit out of acids.  When I don’t use them I get bumps and clogged pores and when I do I’m smooth like a baby’s buns.  Acid combined with Kale and Spinach sounds like it’s right up my alley.  Plus and new-ish brand with cool minimalist packing is going to catch my eye.  I’m a sucker for cool typography, don’t judge me.

BECCA SHIMMERING SKIN PERFECTER PRESSED – PRISMATIC AMETHYST // I love the formula of Becca highlighters, and I also love highlighters with a little color shift or an unexpected shade.  So obviously I want to try this prismatic lavender  shade.  Especially for spring with a nice soft lilac lip? OOOO lord have mercy.

STILA HEAVENS HUE HIGHLIGHTER IN TRANSCENDENCE // Literally “see above” because it’s essentially the same thing.  Except in this case I don’t know what their highlighter formula is like.  That doesn’t deter me though, if anything it makes me even more curious.

REAL TECHNIQUES MIRACLE CLEANSING SPONGE //  I have been thinking about trying one of these cleansing facial sponges for a while.  I keep seeing people sing the praises of the Cognac sponge but it’s just one of those things I’ve never gotten around to. I LOVE the real techniques makeup sponges, and the Pixiwoo girls can literally do no wrong in my eyes so combine that with the affordable price point and it’s a yes from me dawg.

FARSALI ROSE GOLD ELIXIR & UNICORN ESSENCE // You know the oils that you see everyone dripping all over themselves on Instagram and raving about?  This is them and they’re now available at Sephora!  I didn’t order them even though they’re so raved about because I really thrive on convenience and these were constantly sold out and not on a major beauty site that will send me a notification when they come back.  Now they’re at Sephora and I can get point and easy returns and know when they’re in stock so I think it’s time to try it and see what the fuss is about.

SKIN FOOD BLACK SUGAR WASH OFF MASK //  I am so deeply into masks and skincare these days.  I’ve always been into it but it’s next level now.  The reason this mask intrigues me is because I have a sugar based serum and initially it scared me because sugar is the nutritional devil, but apparently it’s bomb on your skin because that serum is legit.  So now I want to try all the sugar based skin treatments.  Also this one is cute.

TONYMOLY POCKET BUNNY MOIST MIST //  Ok I fully thought that Ulta started selling sex toys when I first saw this.  Between the name, the shape and the fact that the packaging says moist on it you can NOT tell me they didn’t know what they were doing.  But I really like the idea of a tiny bottle of facial mist because sometimes a bitch just needs to refresh her makeup while she’s out…and if it makes me giggle every time I use it then who I am to deny myself such joy?
